Grierson DocLab :

Talented People is proud to support Grierson DocLab and Grierson DocLab In Focus: Production Management – training schemes run by The Grierson Trust in partnership with Netflix, helping talented individuals thrive in documentary and factual programme making.

We run CV one to ones and group sessions, guiding the industry’s next generation of documentary talent. The Grierson Trust is a charity that equips under-represented talent with the knowledge, skills and networks to take their first steps into the industry, and we’re glad to play our part with talks, workshops and mentoring for this ambitious and richly diverse group of future filmmakers and production managers.

Diversity Partnerships :

Diversity and inclusion isn’t a side project for us – it’s woven into how we work.

We’ve run partnerships with broadcasters to actively seek out and place under-represented talent behind the camera, helping connect brilliant people with opportunities they might not otherwise have reached.

Our longest standing partnership is with UKTV – a collaboration we’re genuinely proud of, through which we work to identify and place diverse talent in both unscripted and scripted roles across their productions. We believe the industry is better when it reflects the full breadth of people making content, and we put our time and our searches where our mouth is.

Project 23 :

Elaine and the team at Project 23 are our consultants on Unconscious Bias, DEI and general sounding boards for all things inclusive.
