Every placement fee includes a 5% donation to the Film and TV Charity – because our responsibility to this industry doesn’t stop at the brief.

Senior freelance search

For senior editorial, development and production management roles, we work on a fixed search fee basis. Give us a bespoke brief and we’ll identify, approach and screen the best people in the market – including our active diversity and inclusion work to make sure the shortlist reflects the full breadth of talent available. No placement fee on any fixed-term hire.

Roles we regularly fill: Executive Producer, Showrunner, Series Producer, Series Director, Director, Creative Producer, Production Executive, Line Producer, Production Manager.
